Testimonials

"I have utilised the services of Katieyoga since February 2014 as part of a Corporate Wellness program. Katieyoga provides our staff with a professional, authentic and fun weekly yoga experience suitable for all levels. These classes have been so popular with staff that I have had to put on extra sessions.
In addition to the weekly sessions Katieyoga has run speciality programs/workshops specifically for our staff. These have included mindfulness sessions, meditation, yoga for weight loss and an inversion workshop.
Katieyoga have always been flexible, willing and open in working with me to tackle the specific health and wellness requirements and requests of our organisation. All of their sessions are delivered with the highest of quality and I never receive anything but amazing feedback from staff." - Janine
