Do you want to escape from it all but have too many commitments and can’t get away from the kids for a whole weekend retreat? This mini retreat is designed for you!

Join Katie from katieyoga and Kim from Mana Kai for blissful yoga and amazing vegetarian wholefood at a one-day yoga retreat.

Escape for the day and completely relax while enjoying yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian wholefood cooking and good company.

The retreat will include:

  • Yoga Philosophy
    • Learn about the rich tapestry of yoga philosophy.
  • Two Yoga Classes
    • Stimulate your body with a beautiful morning yoga session.
    • Move closer to stillness with a gentle and restorative afternoon yoga session.
  • Meditation
    • Relax and completely let go, giving in to a state of pure bliss when you finish the day with a beautiful meditation.
  • Vegetarian wholefood cooking class
    • Learn how to make easy vegetarian wholefood meals that your family will love.
