Class Fees

Regular class: 	 $18 adult  	($16 concession)
45 minute class:	 $14 adult  	($12 concession)
x10 Class Pass:      	 $160 adult	($140 concession) - valid 12 weeks
Morning yoga:	 $20 drop in or $160 for 10 week course
Yoga Massage:	 $80 for one hour or $100 for one and a half hours

Style

Enjoy flowing combination of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation with Katie Yoga. Each class is specifically designed to help you increase strength, flexibility and balance, and assist you in becoming more mindful and present by uniting the body and mind though the breath.

General All Levels
An invigorating and dynamic yoga practice suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses are provided so students can tailor the class to suit their level or needs on that day. Props (blankets, blocks and straps) are used to make asanas/yoga postures more accessible for individuals.

Beginners / Gentle Yoga
A slow paced practice that is suitable for beginners, pregnant women, seniors and people recovering from illness or injury. This practice is also beneficial for experienced yoga students who simply want to return to basics or do a more gentle practice. Modifications are given to individuals to meet their specific needs and props (blankets, blocks and straps) are used to make asanas/yoga postures more accessible for individuals.

Chair Yoga
A slow paced practice that is suitable for beginners, seniors and people recovering from illness or injury. The practie involves a combination of standing postures and seated postures in a chair, it does not include any floor work. Modifications are given to individuals where required.

Yoga Massage
Experience the unique style of Yoga Massage. This beautiful massage technique, new to the South West, involves yoga postures, passive stretches, acupressure, energy work, massage and meditation. This massage will assist in dissolving tension, increasing flexibility, facilitating deep relaxation and improving overall wellbeing. Yoga Massage is undertaken fully clothed on a large supportive mat on the ground. No oils or lotions are used. By appointment only, please contact us to make a booking.

Morning Yoga Course
Start your day saluting the sun! This ten week course is suitable for all levels. It runs from 5 February to 9 April 2019.

Yoga on the Busselton Jetty
A flowing yoga practice suitable for beginners and experienced yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses are provided so students can tailor the class to suit their level or needs on that day. Classes are at the end of the Busselton Jetty and the walk out the Jetty takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Limited yoga mats are available to borrow, please BYO to avoid disappointment.
