Join Katie for a Meditation Workshop that will demystify the practice of meditation. Learn how this ancient practice helps to strengthen your brain and explore the different styles meditation. You will learn:

  • How to sit for meditation
  • Breathing practices for quietening the mind and preparing it for meditation
  • A variety of meditation practices
  • How to implement these practices at home.
