KatieYoga currently offers a number of Corporate Wellness Packages that will help promote wellness in your workplace (see below). Alternatively, KatieYoga can tailor classes to meet your needs, whether it’s mindfulness, relaxation, yoga, stress management, wellness or a combination of these, please contact us with your request.

Corporate Wellness Packages

Mindfulness Part 1 - An Introduction to the practice of Mindfulness.

• Learn how to integrate mindfulness into daily activities to increase productivity and decreases stress.
• Mindfulness can improve concentration, productivity, resilience and the ability to respond to stress.
• Mindfulness can help reduce anxiety, depression, stress, physical pain, emotional reactivity and reliance on unhealthy coping strategies.

Mindfulness Part 2 – Woking Mindfully with Sensations, Thoughts and Emotions.

• Learn how to witness challenging sensations, thoughts and emotions with acceptance and empower yourself through learning strategies to change how you respond to them.

Meditation 101

• Current research shows that meditation can increase concentration and attention; reduce stress; and improve brain functioning, relationships and happiness.
• Demystify the practice of meditation and learn how to practice meditation at home.

Yoga Class

• Create a yoga class to suit your employees’ needs, from strength and fitness to de-stress and relaxation.

Yoga for Weight Loss

Capability Statement

Katie has delivered Corporate Wellness Packages to numerous organisations including the Rio Tinto, City of Busselton, Shire of Capel, South West Institute of Technology, Water Corporation, Durack Institute of Technology, Nagle Catholic College, HBF and PMH as well as many other private enterprises.

KatieYoga was the Winner of the 2024 Industry Leader Award from the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Dunsborough Yallingup Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They were also 2024 Finalists in the Community Engagement Award and Micro Business Award.

Katie is a qualified teacher and workplace trainer. She has specialised in adult education and training since 2004, delivering for organisations such as Durack Institute of Technology and Edith Cowan University. She has provided education and training in the corporate environment since 2005. In 2011, Katie coordinated the upskilling of Durack Institute of Technology's lecturing staff (approximately 150 staff members) in Geraldton, Carnarvon and Exmouth to the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.
