These online classes are designed for you to be able to access
yoga anywhere, at anytime. For a small subscription fee of $15
per month, you have access to a library of katieyoga videos.
This library will be updated on a regular basis to ensure you
have fresh new videos to inspire and progress your yoga journey.
There are a range of different classes that fit into the below
categories.
Meditation
Concentration practices. Colour Code: Violet.
Chair
A slow paced practice that is suitable for beginners, seniors
and people recovering from illness or injury. The practice
involves a combination of standing postures and seated postures
complete on a chair, it does not include any floor work. Colour
Code: Indigo.
Pregnancy
A slow paced practice suitable for pregnancy and those wanting a
gentle practice. Colour code: Green.
Gentle
A slow paced practice suitable for seniors, beginners and those
wanting a more gentle practice. Level 1 is a milder practice.
Colour Code: Blue. Level 2 is a stronger practice. Colour code:
Green.
Beginners
A series of classes that are a good starting point for those new
to yoga. We recommend attending classes as well to ensure your
alignment is correct and modifications and variations can be
learn as needed. Colour code: Yellow.
Foundations of Flow
A step-by-step breakdown of some of the challenging transitions
and postures in a flow class. Colour code: Yellow.
Flow
A strong, invigorating and dynamic yoga practice. Level 1 is a
milder practice. Colour Code: Orange. Level 2 is a stronger
practice. Colour code: Red.
Equipment
Each video will specify the yoga props required. Yoga equipment
used in the videos includes:
- yoga mat
- 2 blocks
- strap
- blanket.
