Yoga Therapy
Initial Consultation: $125 (approximately 1 hour) Follow Up Consultation: $75 (approximately 30 - 40 minutes)
Enjoy flowing combination of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama
(breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation with Katie
Yoga. Each class is specifically designed to help you increase
strength, flexibility and balance, and assist you in becoming
more mindful and present by uniting the body and mind though the
breath.
Gentle
A slow paced practice that is suitable for beginners, pregnant
women, seniors and people recovering from illness or injury.
This practice is also beneficial for experienced yoga students
who simply want to return to basics or do a more gentle
practice. Modifications are given to individuals to meet their
specific needs and props (blankets, blocks and straps) are used
to make asanas/yoga postures more accessible for individuals.
All Levels
An invigorating yoga practice suitable for both beginners and
experienced yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses
are provided so students can tailor the class to suit their
level or needs on that day. Props (blankets, blocks and straps)
are used to make asanas/yoga postures more accessible for
individuals.
Strength
An active and dynamic yoga practice that focuses on building
strength and stability, suitable for both beginners and
experienced yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses
are provided so students can tailor the class to suit their
level or needs on that day. Props (blankets, blocks and straps)
are used to make asanas/yoga postures more accessible for
individuals.
Chair Yoga
A slow paced practice that is suitable for beginners, seniors
and people recovering from illness or injury. The practie
involves a combination of standing postures and seated postures
in a chair, it does not include any floor work. Modifications
are given to individuals where required.
Restorative Yoga
A restful practice that aims to reduce stress and elicit the
relaxation response. The body is supported through the use of
props (blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps) and held in
relaxing and gently opening postures for long periods of time.
The intent of the practice is to truly rest. Perfect for when
you’re feeling tired, weak, stressed, unwell or injured.
Yoga on the Busselton Jetty
A flowing yoga practice suitable for beginners and experienced
yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses are
provided so students can tailor the class to suit their level or
needs on that day. Classes are at the end of the Busselton Jetty
and the walk out the Jetty takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Limited
yoga mats are available to hire for $5 each, please BYO to avoid
disappointment. Props will not be provided, please BYO if

Yoga by the Sea
A flowing yoga practice suitable for beginners and experienced
yoga students. Modifications and variations of poses are
provided so students can tailor the class to suit their level or
needs on that day. Classes are on the grass in front of the
Geographe Bay Yacht Club from Spring to Autumn or in Fig Tree Lane in Winter. Please check for availability. Limited yoga mats are
available to borrow, please BYO to avoid disappointment. Props
